Skill:
Muscle Up Progression. 10-15 minutes

Strength:
10x Snatch Complex
3x Hang Power Snatch (above the knee)
1x O/H Lunge step(with each leg)
3x O/H Squat

 -Add weight only if you complete the entire complex.
Conditioning:
Junk Yard
5 rds
30 Wall Balls
5x Snatch(squat)
10x Chest To Bar Pull-ups
30 Burpees
