Coach’s Choice.

Strength:
Back Squat
Superset w/
Farmer’s Walk

Superset 8 sets of three back squats with a 40 foot farmers walk with the heaviest kettlebells possible. Try to reach a peak set of 3 bksq in six sets and repeat the heaviest weight twice
Conditioning:
10 Rds (for Time)
10x box jumps(30/24)
5x Hspu
2x stop sign runs
