8x Hang Clean Complex
2 HANG CLEAN
Lunge across the room(5 lunge steps per leg if space is limited)
1 Push Jerk

-Add weight only if you make the push jerk.

Conditioning:
2k row
then…
7 rds
10x Kb swings(70/35)
10x Box Jumps(24/20)
-go in heats if necessary.
