Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

O/H Squat
Super Set W/
Snatch Grip Dead Lift
5,3,3,2,2,1,1,1,1,1

For the overhead squats, either take the bar from the rack, or clean it to the shoulders, push press it overhead, lower onto the back and then jerk the weight up with a wide grip.

Conditioning:
12 min infinite ladder
pull-up
wall ball (AHAP)
Kb swing(70/35)
– start with 1 rep of each movement.
-add one rep to each movement every round.
