Strength Cycle Day 54 – 6/5/14

Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Strength:
Power Clean + Thruster
-10 sets to reach a peak.
-try to reach a peak with the thruster by set 7 then take the last 3 sets to see how heavy you can get the power clean.
-remember, it’s considered power as long as it is just above parallel .

Conditioning:

6 rounds
1 min max effort row(sprint)
1 min max effort HSPU (sub with bands or on box)
1 min rest
