Warm-up:
10 minutes
odd- double unders
even- hollow rocks

Strength:
8x3Hang Power Snatch +5 O/H Squat

Perform 8 sets of three power snatches from the hang position. Follow the last rep of each set with 5 overhead squats. Add weight only if you make all 5 OHS.

Conditioning:

7 rds
30x dubs
5 xThrusters(135/95)
1x Rope Climb
30 sec Rest
