Warm-up:
4x 250m sprints
rest 1:1

Strength:
7×3 Back Squat
2×10 @ 65%

Work up to a peak triple in the back squat in 7 sets. Then drop to 65% of the heaviest weight used and perform 2 sets of 10 at that weight.

Conditioning:

3x deadlift@75% of 1RM
5xHSPU
7x Box Jump (30/24)
