Summer of Strength – 6/13/14

Warm-up:
1 mile run (weather permitting)

Strength:
7×5 Power clean plus Push Jerk
5 min EMOM Clean Pull

Perform 7 sets of five power cleans and STOH (preferably push jerks). After the last set, leave the heaviest weight on the bar and EMOM three clean pulls for 5 minutes.

Conditioning:
4×3 min amrap
10xDouble Unders
10x Sit-ups
10x Burpees
1 min rest between rds
