Summer of Strength – 6/16/14

Giletto and Marcus going rep for rep during the in house comp.

Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Strength:

8×2 Power Snatch + 3 OHS

Perform 8 sets of two power snatches from the floor. Try to reach a peak in six sets and repeat the heaviest weight twice. Follow the last rep of each set with 3 overhead squats. Add weight only if you make all 3 OHS.

Conditioning:
50x burpees
1x shuttle run
40x burpees
2x shuttle run
30x burpees
3x shuttle run
20x burpees
4x shuttle run
10x burpees
5x shuttle run
