Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Strength:

7×5 Back Squat

Work up to a peak set of five in the back squat in 7 sets. Then drop to 90% of the heaviest weight used and perform 2 sets of 8 with two minutes rest between each of the final two sets.

Conditioning:
12 min
Infinity ladder:
Thruster (105/75)
TTB

-thrusters will increase by 1 rep every round starting at 1.
TTB will increase by 2 reps every round starting at 2.
