Summer of Strength – 6/20/14

Warm-up:
4 rds
1 rope climb (4 rope pulls)
5 pistols (each side)
10 sit-ups

Strength:

8×3 Power clean +3 Push Jerk
Then…
3 Clean Pull EMOM for 5 minutes

Perform 8 sets of three power cleans and STOH (preferably push jerks). After the last set, leave the heaviest weight on the bar and EMOM three clean pulls for 5 minutes.

Conditioning

15 min AMRAP
12 cal row
9 wall ball
6 Burpee
3 Squat clean (135/95)
