Summer of Strength – 6/21/14

Conditioning:

Triathlon
2 k Row
3 mile Run
20 Lap Swim

-1st heat wil go off at 10am, and then every ten minutes after that .
-Run will be posted on the board with the finish point as Fitness Works. Coach Holly will meet you at the Beulah St. side door and get you set up in a lane. ¬†Once you get there, get in and get moving (don’t tie up the lanes for athletes coming in after you)
-Have fun and enjoy the change of pace!
