Strength:
8×2 Hang Power Snatch+ 2 O/H Squat
– work to a peak in the complex by set 6 and then try to repeat for the last 2.
-only increase weight if both O/H squats are completed.

Conditioning:

100 Double-Unders
25 Wall Balls 20/14#
75 Double-Unders
25 Wall Balls 20/14#
50 Double-Unders
25 Wall Balls 20/14#
