Summer of Strength – 6/25/14

Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Strength:

Weighted Push up/Strict Press Combo

Partner into groups of 3. Superset six rounds of the following movements: One person performs 4 reps of weighted push ups with a 20s weighted hold at the end of the last rep, one person performs 3 reps of strict press, one person rests (and helps the push-up member of the group put a plate on their back safely).

After the last round, drop to 75% of the highest weight used and perform two rounds of max effort presses with 2 min rest between each.
