2 Clean Pulls + 1 Power Clean + 2 Hang Power Clean + 2 Push Jerk

-Do not put the bar down during this entire complex.
-Increase only if you complete the entire complex.

Conditioning:
For Time:
30 Handstand push-upsĀ 
40 Pull-upsĀ 
50 KBS 53/35
60 Sit-ups (ab-mat)
70 Burpee
-if your hands are beat-up, sub strict ring rows w/ feet elevated
