Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.
Strength:

Power Snatch
1×15 O/H Squat @75%

Work up to a peak attempt in the power snatch using the following rep scheme: 3, 3, 2, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1. Then drop to 75% of the best power snatch (or 95/men, 75/women, whichever is higher) and perform 1 power snatch plus 15 overhead squats.

4 rounds
-each round will start with a 400 m run and have 1 ME movement
-each round will have a 4 min cap

Double Unders
Burpees
