Summer Of Strength 8/2/14

Warm-Up:
Coach’s Choice.

Strength:
8×5 DeadLift

Try to reach or exceed 85% of your 1RM deadlift.

Rest 2 minutes between attempts.

After that, drop 5% and attempt 1 set of 12 deadlifts.

Conditioning:
Teams of 2
3 min of each.
Farmer’s Walk
Power Cleans
HSPU (sub push-ups)
DeadLift
WallBall
Farmer’s Walk
-go as heavy as possible, while still being able to keep pace fast for farmer’s walk and bar movement.
-one person works at a time.
-I want the pace to stay very high, so rotate often.
