Coach’s Choice
Plus 6×3 negative pull-ups.

Strength:
8x Clean Complex
1 Clean Pull
2 Clean (squat)
2 Front Squat
-only increase if entire complex is completed.

Conditioning:
12 min AMRAP:
Shuttle Run
3x Jerk(any style) 155/105
6x Rack Lunge

then…
3 min ME lateral burpees over bar

-no rest before burpees and clock doesn’t stop.
