Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Strength:
DeadLift
5,3,3,3,2,2,2,2
Then drop to 85% of the heaviest weight lifted and perform 3 sets of 3 for speed. Rest 90s to 2 min between sets.

Bonus Work:
5 sets of 8 push-ups
-rest 2 min between each set.

Conditioning:
12 min AMRAP
Ladder
Power Clean
HR Push-up
Box Jump
-Choose your weight and height(make it heavy and high!)
