-Work up to a peak  (from the floor, so power clean it). Rest 90s to 2 min between each set. Then drop to 90% of the heaviest set and perform 4 sets of 2 EMOM.

-Bonus Work: 5 sets of 5 chin-ups (weighted or not) EMOM.
