Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Strength:
8×3 DeadLift

Then drop to 80% of the heaviest weight lifted and perform 2 sets of 5 for speed. Rest 90s to 2 min between sets.

Bonus Work: 5 sets of 8 push-ups EMOM, resting 2 min between each set.

Conditioning:

15 min AMRAP
1 Rope climb
5 Front Squat 185/135
15 sit-up
1 O/H plate carrry (stop sign and back) 45/25
