Warm-up:
Shoulder Stability with Bands
Hip and Ankle  Mobility

Strength:
8x Snatch Complex
2  Power Snatch
3 O/H Squat

– Go AHAP. Rest 90s to 2 min between rounds.

Conditioning:
6 rds
10 Hanging Med Ball Cleans (20/14)
10 Box StepOvers w/ MedBall 24/20
10 LegLess WallBalls
Then…
150 Double Unders
-the Med Ball Cannot touch the ground for the workout!
– there is a 400 m run penalty for anytime the ball touches the ground(to be completed at the end)
