Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Strength:
9×2 Clean
then…
3 reps EMOM for 3 minutes

-Try to reach at least 90% or greater of your current 1RM in the clean. For today’s purposes, a “double” consists of any set of two in which you start the second rep within 30s of finishing the first.
-Rest 90s to 2 min between sets.

Conditioning:

5Rds
7 thrusters (135/85)
7 burpees
7 deadlifts
7 handstand push-ups
