Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Strength:
Strict Press
5,3,2,2,2,2,2,2

 -Rest 90s to 2 min between each set.
-Then drop to 90% of the heaviest set and perform 4 sets of 2 EMOM.

-Bonus Work: 6 sets of 7 chin-ups (weighted or not) EMOM.

Conditioning:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:
kettlebell swings, 53/35
Ring Dips
box jumps, 24″ /20
