Strength:
6×3 DeadLift
(focus on Speed through the movement)

Work up to a peak set of 3 deadlifts for speed over 6 sets. Do not add weight if there is a noticeable decrease in speed between reps 1 and 2 or 2 and 3.

Rest 90s to 2 min between sets.

Bonus Work: 6 sets of 8 push-ups EMOM, resting 2 min between each set.
