15 rep OHS

Work up to a peak set of 15 OHS, using the following strategy: use a bear complex to get the weight on your back, then perform a behind the neck snatch grip jerk. Take 3 sets of 5 warm-ups and then attempt your first set at one bear complex plus 15, then rest 2 min and take your second attempt at a set of 15 at a higher weight.
