Warm-up:

Beginner Strength:
6×10 Back Squat

6 sets to work up to a peak set of 10, with 2 min rest between each, no drops

Advanced Strength:
Split into groups of 2 or 3
-Every 3 minutes for 18 minutes, each athlete must complete.
Superset
6×10 Back Squat
6×5 Strict Press
6x Max Height Box Jump

Conditioning:
12 min Amrap
5 Shoulder to Overhead 135/95
30 Double Unders
