Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Beginner Strength:
7×5 Front Squat
7 sets to work up to a peak set of 5, use same jumps as last week but add 5-10% overall (per set)

Advanced Strength:
Every 3 minutes for 21
7×5 Front Squat
7×5 Clean RDL
-each group should have a 2 bars and a squat rack

9 Min AMRAP
9 squat cleans 95/65
11 KB swing
1 min rest/ silence
11 min AMRAP
9 Push Press
11 sit-up
