Beginner Strength:
8×2 High Hang Power Snatch
Then drop 25% for 2 sets of 3, rest 75-90s between sets

Advanced Strength:
every 2:30 minutes for 20 minutes(8 sets) of Complex
Complex=
2 High Hang Power Snatch
3 Snatch Grip Push Press
1 O/H Squat
Then drop 25% for 2 sets

Conditioning:

6 Rounds
30 sec ME Row
30 sec Rest
30 sec ME Burpee Box Overs
30 sec Rest
30 sec ME Ring Dips
30 sec Rest
