Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Beginner Strength:
8×2 Power Clean Push Press
2×5 @80%
Rest 90 seconds.

Advanced Strength:
8×2 Power Clean Push Press
8×5 Snatch Grip DeadLift
90 second rest.
Then…
2×5@80%

Conditioning:
20 minutes
odd min: 10 cal row
even min: 10 burpees over rower
-Advanced Athletes are welcome to do 15 cal.
-If you don’t feel comfortable jumping over the rower, you can use plates or just do regular burpees.
