Advanced Strength:
Every 3 minutes for 18 Minute(6 sets)
6×2 Front Squat
6×6 Clean Grip DeadLift

Conditioning:
15 min Amrap
1 rope climb(sub 3 rope pull)
10 Goblet Lunge(70/44)
15 SDHP
