Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Beginner Strength:
EMOM for 12 minutes
1 Power Clean
then drop…
2×5 @ 80% (tap and go)

Advanced Strength:
8×2 Hang Clean (don’t put the bar down)
90 sec. rest

Conditioning:
Teams of 2
24 minutes
minute 1: hang clean
minute 2:Ball Slams
minute 3 Burpee Box Overs
-each partner will work for  30 sec while the other rests.
