Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Beginner Strength:
8×3 Power Clean (sub hang clean if necessary)
90 sec rest

Advanced Strength:
EMOM for 12 minutes
2 Hang Cleans
then…
– keep the heaviest weight on the bar and perform 5 sets of 6 Clean RDL, resting 60s between sets and working up to a maximum of 120% best cleans (Use straps if available for the RDL)

The Ghost

6 rounds of:
1 minute of rowing
1 minute of burpees
1 minute of double-unders
1 minute rest

Try for as many reps as possible of EACH exercise, not just total score.
