Warm-up:

Beginner Strength:
EMOM 5 minutes
3 Strict Press
then…
5×5 Push Press
6x Pull-up/ Ring Row
90 sec rest between sets.

Advanced Strength:
EMOM 5 Minutes
3 Strict Press (work-up to 75%)
Then…
6 Rounds
3 Push-Press
60 sec rest
6 Weighted Pull-ups
60 sec rest
-work to a peak in both lifts.

Conditioning:
12 Min AMRAP
5 KB Snatch (L)
5 Box Jump (30/24)
5 KB Snatch (R)
200 M run
