Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Beginner Strength:
EMOM for 5 Min
3 Thrusters
-add weight if all 3 reps are completed.
Then…
7×3 Front Squat
90 sec rest between sets.

Advanced Strength:
EMOM for 5 min.
3 Thrusters
-increase weight if all 3 reps are made.
EMOM for 16 Minutes
even min- 3 Front Squat
0dd min-6 weighted push-ups

Conditioning:

21 min AMRAP
1 min: 10 DeadLift/10 Lat Jump over Bar 135/95
2 min: 15 BallSlam
3 min: 20 Squat Jumps

-Beginner Athletes scale as needed.
