1 Power Clean
Rest 90 sec between sets.

Advanced Strength:
12 sets of Complex
EMOM for 12 Minutes
Complex
2 Clean RDL
1 Hang Clean
-go AHAP!
Then…
add 15% and perform 5×5 Clean RDL
60 sec Rest between sets. (straps are allowed for RDLs)

Conditioning:

10 Burpee Over Bar
