Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Beginner Strength:
A) EMOM for 7 minutes
2 Thrusters (go AHAP, but only add weight if both thrusters are made)
B) 6×3 Front Squat @ 75%
90 sec rest

Advanced Strength:

A) EMOM for 7 minutes
2 Thrusters (go AHAP, but only add weight if both thrusters are made)
B) 6 Rounds
3 Front Squats
60 sec Rest
3 Weighted Push-ups
60 sec rest

Conditioning:
1 min Max Effort Burpees
1 min Rest
1 min Max Effort Kb Swings (53/35)
1 min Rest
1 min Max Effort Ball Slams (30/20)
1 min Rest
6 Min AMRAP
5 Burpee
5 Kb Swing
5 Ball Slam
