6×5 Strict Press (up to 60%)
75 sec rest between sets
then…
5 PushPress EMOM for 5 minutes( using heaviest strict press weight)

Advanced Strength:
6 Rounds
5 Strict Press
60 sec rest
6 Weighted Pull-ups
60 sec rest
Then…
8 Push Press EMOM for 5 minutes (use strict press weight)

Conditioning:

DeadLift (225/135)
Knee to Elbow
HSPU
