Advanced Strength:
10 Rds
2 Max Height Vertical jumps
Then
Back Squat
5, 3, 3, 3, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1
2 min rest between rounds
-each round will consist of 2 vertical jumps and Back Squat .
