Advanced Strength:
EOMOM for 17 minutes
3 Power Cleans
-work up to a peak and don’t start too light.

Conditioning:
For Time

30-20-10
Wall Ball
Toes-to-bar
Box jump
– 10 Cal Sprint after each round.
