Beginner Strength:
Strict Press
5, 3, 3, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1

Work up to a peak single in the press, resting 90s between attempts.

Advanced Strength:
9 rds
Strict Press
Weighted Pull-up

Break into groups of three, one athlete strict presses, one athlete does weighted pull-ups, one athlete rests. Each athlete will work up to a peak single in both the press and the weighted pull-up, using the following rep scheme: 5, 3, 3, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1. If only 2 athletes are working together, there should be 60 sec rest between each movement.

Conditioning:
17 min AMRAP
30 Double Unders
15 SDHP 75/45
10 Pistols
5 HSPU (sub 3 Wall Walks)
