Fall into Strength 11/22/14


Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Strength:
DeadLift
5, 3, 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1
rest 90 sec. between sets

All athletes will test the deadlift, but beginners should stop increasing when the movement gets slow. This will be the last time we test the deadlift to a true peak this year, and until after the CF Open. So  go heavy if it’s  there, as we will have a light cycle coming up during the holiday season and you  will have plenty of time  to recover from it.
-Belt Up!

Conditioning:
Teams of 2
Partner A) Row for distance
While partner B, completes:
50 Burpees
100 kb C&J
200 Step-ups
-post time and distance rowed.
-One person must be rowing at all times. Switch as needed.
