30 sec Air Dyne
10 Pass throughs
10 O/H Squat
+
shoulder stabilization work

Strength:
15 minutes
Even: 3 Power Snatch (work to a peak)
Odd: 25 Double Unders (if you don’t have double unders yet, practice them)

Conditioning:
5×4 Min Amrap
400 m run
5x C&J (155/95)
Burpees with remainder of time
-1 min rest between rounds-

-Check with coach for proper scaling weight!
