1 Muscle Clean (from high hang)
2 Hang clean (from just below Knee)
90 sec rest

Advanced Strength:
7 Rounds
8 Back Squat
5 Power Clean
90 sec rest between sets
-work to a peak in both movements!

Conditioning:
3×4 min amrap
5 Hang Clean(135/95)
5 Ball Slam
5 Burpee
– 1 min rest between amraps
