Warm-up:

Beginner Strength:
DeadLift:
8×6 DeadLift
2 min rest
-focus on form and not the weight on the bar.

Advanced Strength:
8 rounds
6 DeadLift
8 Strict Press
3 Broad Jump
90 sec rest

Conditioning:
3min Amrap
Squat Clean Thruster(155/95)
1 min rest
2 min Amrap
Burpee Lat jumps over Bar
2 min rest
2 min Amrap
Squat Clean Thruster
1 min rest
2 min Amrap
Burpee Lat jumps over the bar

-all reps must start for the floor, go into a full squat, and thruster the bar overhead.
-if you don’t want to squat clean the bar, you must power clean ,then front squat with thruster.
