60 sec rest
-work to a peak in both lifts.

Conditioning:
7 min Infinity Ladder (increasing by 3 each Round)
3 Push Press (95/65)
3 Box Jump (24/20)
2 Min Rest
7 Min Infinity Ladder (increase by 3 Each Round)
3 SDHP (95/65)
3 Jumping Lunges W/ each leg
