Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.
+
10 minutes to work on a skill of your choice.

Beginner Strength:
7×5 Thruster (still with emphasis on mechanics)
Rest 90 sec between sets

Advanced Strength:
Teams of 2
5×4 Front Squat
-resting only as long as it takes to load the weights for the next set.
-Try to go 5-10% heavier than last week.
Then…
5×3 Thruster
-resting only as long as it takes to load the weights for the next set.
-This strength is fast paced to get you used to working in a fatigued state.

Conditioning:

10 Min AMRAP
30 Double Unders
15 Snatch (75/55)
