Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Strength:
7 Rds
4 Push Press (work to a peak)
10 Burpees
60 sec rest.
-aim to be 5% heavier than last week.

Conditioning:
Teams of 2
10 min Infinity Ladder
3 cal row
3 Hang Clean
-increase by 3’s
-for a round to be completed both athletes must complete 3&3,6&6, etc…
-1 athlete works at a time.
2 min rest
10 min Infinity ladder
3 WallBall
3 TTB
-increase by 3.
