Advanced Strength:

5 Box Jumps (as high as possible)
60 sec rest.

Conditioning:
Teams of 2
Super Cindy
20 min Amrap
3 C&J (135/95)
5 Pull-up
10 Push-up
15 Squat
-partition as needed.
-1 person works at a time.
