Fall into Strength 12/22/14

Warm-up:
4 rds
30 sec Air Dyne
10 kb Swings
10 squat jumps
5 push-ups
then…

10-15 minutes of skill work (your choice)

Strength:
4 Attempts at “Trainer Complex”
5 Clean Pulls
5 Hang Squat Cleans
5 Push Jerks
2 min rest between
-warm-up thoroughly with all the movements and then you have 4 attempts to get the heaviest weight as possible in the complex .

Conditioning:
5rd
30 sec row
30 sec rest
30 sec of power cleans (95/65)
30 sec rest
30 sec of burpees over bar
30 sec rest
30 sec of Russian Swings (53/35)
30 rest
– your score is total reps per round!!!
-6am… try to remember to count! hahahaha
